Layout

Layouts were created using Paint Shop Pro 9, coded using Notepad, and uploaded using WS_FTP Pro.
The layouts I've had at hirokache.com since its opening in February 2005 are as follows.... (At least from version 4)

Current

Version 12: Ich Liebe Dich
I really hope I didn't screw up the grammar for this one because it's a phrase written everywhere... First layout I made after coming home from Deutschland because I didn't like the way version 11 looked.
This one utilizes Image Map, for the first time in a while. I was going to make it an iFrame layout, but good god- I've forgotten how to code. So it's a Table layout, like always. :( I should really go back to figuring out how to code.
As always, made using PSP9 and coded in Notepad. (8/4/08)

Version 4: Explosion
This layout features an abstract image created by me on Paint Shop Pro 9. It was the first thing I did when I got the software. (2/21/05)

Version 5: Illusion
Hiroko made this layout using an abstract image she created in Paint Shop Pro 9 as the last thing she will do before she went to Japan. It was coded in Notepad with ImageMap help from Microsoft Frontpage because she is too lazy to make it herself. But she had to do most of the imagemap coding herself anyways because Frontpage is stupid.
The layout itself was coded using Notepad, and tested in IE 5. The layout should fit 800X600 resolution and higher. (6/17/05)

Version 6: Butterfly
This layout was again created using PSP9, and I actually like how it came out... The ones I've made before.. well, I liked them when I made it, and I think they're still okay, but with the "skills" I have now that is a little different from the way I used to make things..... and yeah. This layout uses new techniques I've learned and applied to to A-S.NET. Coded using Notepad, and the tube of the butterfly (the original photo type thing) from PSP9's original tubes.

Version 7: Surrealistic
Created using PSP9, this layout features various landscape photos I took. The picture of the tree was taken in my front yard, the background sky was taken in Universal Studios Orlando and the background waterfront was taken in St.Mary's College.
I think the blend came out very well. I've never been too much of a blend person, and I think this is one of the first real ones I've created. (7/11/06)

Version8: Avatar-Fancy
Don't mind the name. I don't know what to say.
I wanted to make something with avatars on them because I saw some of those in places. So I used my newest "nature" avatars that I made and put them on here and added a few effects on them.
As always, PSP9 and Notepad. (2/4/07)
Edited: 2/11 Thanks to Pauline, the layout was able to get centered! So now, it looks nice and pretty :)

Version 9: Sun Set
The image is a blend of a photograph of a colorful sunset (with diluted colors) from our yard with an interior Japanese-styled yard in a French restaurant in Japan (now did that make any sense or what?).
The layout was created in Paint Shop Pro 9 and was coded using NotePad. It sat on my harddrive for 10 days without being coded, so I thought maybe it's time to do so... (6/27/07)

Version 10: Stonehenge & Me
Please excuse my personally-hilarious title (not really). This picture is actually of me, at Stonehenge this Thanksgiving break when I took a trip to London. The wings are "fire-y" graphics that I created using some tutorial many, many years ago.
As always, designed in PSP 9, and coded in Notepad. (12/28/07)

Version 11: When The World Was Nothing But Beautiful...
This version was created using many photos of myself as a young child. As you can obviously see, I was an adorable little thing. 8D
This took me an hour or so (or maybe a couple) to make, and it sat on my laptop for two days or so before it was coded.
Made using PSP9 and coded in Notepad. (6/20/08)
